How can I know my size?

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking information within 1 - 2 business days after your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

We ship all orders with DHL. Our estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on the country. You can see more accurate times in the checkout.

Do you have expedited shipping?

We don’t currently offer expedited shipping services. We are working to have this option available soon!

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Medellín, Colombia.

Can I cancel or modify my order prior to shipping?

Our warehouse team always tries to ship your order as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to cancel or modify your order prior to shipment.

Can I return my order?

We have a 15-days return policy. Items must to be unworn and returned in the original package. For more information, please click here.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it will take 12 business days after your return package arrives to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Shipping fees (both standard or express) are non-refundable.
